In 1995 we sold our 1st home for less than 80K - fast forward to 2009 when we sold 130 units. We learned our vocation was to help people transition through life by helping them buy and sell homes. We've discovered that this business is ALWAYS about the new job, new baby, death in the family, pending divorce, aging parents, etc and never about the house.
